and site content are protected under copyright, design
rights, trade mark rights and other intellectual property
rights, which are either owned by ‘Kim’ or
licensed to it by third parties. Any unauthorized
copying or use of any of this material is strictly prohibited.
How to order
Ordering can be done online at www.kimthings.com/products.php, by mail or by telephone. Order forms can
be obtained by calling 425 467 1363.
Taxes & Duty
Items purchased in the state of Washington are subject to local sales tax.
For items purchased from out of the US, local duty is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on stock and size of order. We will try to dispatch your order within 10 days from receipt of order and will notify you if there will be further delay. In the event of a delay we will offer to either keep your purchases on order or issue a refund.
Orders are sent by US Postal Service and their rates are calculated automatically via a connection to USPS website. If the order is urgent, let us know and we will try and help.
A $2 package and handling fee is charged on each order
Method of payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
We do accept checks if ordering by mail. The check will be cleared before goods are dispatched.
If the item is being sent as a gift please notify us and we will send a gift receipt. A proper receipt will be sent to the buyer
Warranties, Replacements, Returns and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any item at any time before despatch.
We can only accept returns on defective items or if we have
filled an order incorrectly. In either of these
cases we will offer to replace the items or issue a refund
and we will cover all costs for return postage.
In these cases, please notify us within 5 days of receipt
of goods and return the goods to Returns, ‘KIM’,

Colors may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. We will be happy to send you a swatch prior to order to show the color and scale of design more accurately.
